SHIPPING

We are currently only offering shipping within the USA. We plan to expand internationally in the future. 

Item(s) excluding preorders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from order date.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking through email. Shipping times vary by delivery zone. Please allow up to 6 business days to receive your order once in transit. Once you receive your tracking number, please refer to it for all shipping updates.

Preorder processing and shipping time will typically take 3-5 weeks. However, timelines may vary by product type - please check product descriptions for reference.

If your order consists of any preorder items, all items will ship together once available.

Please double check your cart and shipping information upon completing your order. 

You have 24 hours to cancel or modify an order. If this window has been exceeded, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 21 days for store credit which can be applied to an exchange. If you received a damaged item(s) or the wrong size/item, a replacement will be sent. Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns for refunds at this time.

Returns terms and conditions:

• Item(s) are required to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Item(s) must be returned within 21 days from receiving your order. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.
• Item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with tags still attached or included in the packaging. Original frosted bag packaging must be included. However, any packaging can be used to mail the item.
• Item(s) considered final sale will not be accepted for a return. All sale items and accessories including hats and socks are final sale.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
• After the item(s) is sent back and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your item(s) and you will receive a store credit. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your return and receive your store credit. Store credits are valid for 12 months from receipt.
• A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for items that are not damaged or by a fault of our own (incorrect size/item).
